Meet The Indian Family

The Roy and Karmakar families were first encountered in West Bengal, India by a group of young delegates of The Temple of Understanding who were attending that Organization’s First Spiritual Sumit Conference in Calcutta from October 23 through October 26, 1968. These Americans saw that this family was possessed by an extraordinary knowledge of life which, when communicated and realized, would solve all problems and create a peaceful, happy and harmonious existence. In the darkness of ignorance and oppression of India, they achieved and maintained absolute bliss as a perfectly harmonious family unit. The Americans saw that this knowledge of life could have an even greater effect in America, a nation receptive to truth and prepared to receive the knowledge.

On May 1 of 1971 this family was brought to the United States as guests of the Foundation of Revelation to reside in San Francisco. They have helped countless numbers of people to overcome the chaos of their disorganized minds and create their lives in the light of love and truth. By developing the ability of communication, they have overcome the generational gap and all other divisions that create suffering and hostility. The realization of this knowledge has reunited thousands of families and has brought children and parents together in loving service of one another and mutual understanding of life.

The happy unity of all families is the basis of any larger unity in society. America needs this family to realize itself as the great nation that it truly is.
